职位介绍: 岗位描述： 1、主导海外信贷、渠道、客户营销等系统分析与设计工作，承担核心功能或组件的代码编写和CodeReview； 2、主导技术难题攻关，持续提升系统稳定性和高并发处理能力，扫除技术风险； 3、主导金融信贷业务能力建设，设计可扩展的通用业务框架及标准化组件； 4、负责高并发交易系统技术攻关，持续提升系统稳定性与并发处理能力；基于业务前瞻性，随着业务复杂性的增加, 负载的增加，运行管理复杂性的增加, 持续优化系统设计；【Job Description】: 1. Lead the analysis and design of systems for overseas lending, channels, and customer marketing; responsible for writing and reviewing code for core functions or components; 2. Lead the tackling of technical challenges, continuously improving system stability and high-concurrency processing capabilities, and eliminating technical risks; 3. Lead the development of financial lending business capabilities, designing scalable general business frameworks and standardized components; 4. Responsible for tackling technical challenges in high-concurrency transaction systems, continuously improving system stability and concurrency processing capabilities; 5. Based on business foresight, continuously optimize system design as business complexity, load, and operational management complexity increase. 任职要求： 1、计算机软件或相关专业； 2、3年以上大规模高并发访问的金融交易系统或Web应用系统设计和开发经验，丰富的线上运维经验； 3、扎实的java编程基础，精通Java EE、微服务、消息中间件等相关技术；对各种开源的框架如Spring，消息中间件等有深入的了解；具备良好的识别和设计通用框架及模块的能力； 4、有信贷相关经验、或银行业核心系统、或大型电子商务网站、或电信boss系统设计与研发经验背景的优先考虑； 5、对创新技术有了解，有AI工程化、隐私计算技术落地经验的优先考虑； 6、乐观开朗，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。能主动思考，有责任心、执行力较强、有不错的分析问题和解决问题的能力；【Job Requirements】 1. Computer software or related major; 2. Over 3 years of experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-concurrency financial transaction systems or web application systems, with rich online operation and maintenance experience; 3. Solid Java programming foundation, proficient in Java 4. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in credit-related fields, core banking systems, large e-commerce websites, or telecommunications BOSS system design and development. 5. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of innovative technologies and experience in AI engineering and privacy computing implementation. 6. Candidates should be optimistic, outgoing, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. They should be proactive, responsible, have strong execution capabilities, and demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
