职位介绍: 对标蚂蚁13级岗位描述： System Design: 1. Develop and design scalable and efficient architecture solutions. 2. Create detailed design documents and architecture blueprints. Technical Leadership: Guide the technical team in implementing best practices. 2. Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend new technologies and tools. 2. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, engineers, and stakeholders. 2. Ensure seamless integration of systems and technologies. Quality Assurance: Oversee code quality and system performance. 2. Establish and enforce standards and guidelines. Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and devise mitigation strategies. 2. Ensure security and compliance in architecture design. 职位要求： Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2. 5+ years of software development experience in Java, with at least 3 years leading engineering teams in fintech, digital payments, or banking. Professional Expertise Deep proficiency in Spring Boot, Hibernate, Kafka, RESTful APIs, and databases (e.g., Mysql, MongoDB). 2. Proven experience with cloud platforms , containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and performance tuning for high-concurrency systems. 3. At least 5 years of experience with the fintech/bank related system design and implementation. and with the practical knowledge of the key designing of the distributed, highvolume, high reliable financial systems. 4. Familiarity with financial regulations in Mexico (CNBV) is an advantage. Language & Soft Skills Mandatory: Conversational in Chinese (Mandarin) and English 2. Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills 3. Optimistic and upward, strong self motivation, ability to withstand pressure, and self reflection consciousness.
