职位介绍: Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Advanced Quality Engineer Manager to support and develop a team for the new product design center. In this role, you will develop the Quality System for New Products and product changes from component to assembly within a Product Development team, and monitor and guide the Product Development team to ensure Advanced Quality Planning is used in the development process. You will facilitate the AQP tools, manage and mitigate project risk, manage customer initial requirements, and audit NPI projects. You will collaborate with the final manufacturing location, facilitate training, and share best practices and lessons learned. You will be involved in NPI complaint investigations, collecting documents and in-process records, conducting postmortem review, and ensuring effective implementation of a control plan for NPI shipments, supplier development and management. Responsibilities: - Organize and facilitate Design Review (DR) and Design Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (DFMEA) reviews. - Implement quality planning and controls for prototype and/or sample builds and manage build records and documents. - Complete measurement system analysis for inspection systems and gages to be utilized for the project. - Review and analyze samples, quality issues and improvement actions during developing stage. - Involve and drive for design verification before design freeze and product qualification testing before Gate5 of project. - Conduct and analyze process capability studies in support of Final Tool Approval (FTAR) for all tools and production lines associated with the project using the Comprehensive Tool Approval Report (CTAR). - Implement quality controls and documentation needed for production shop floor. - Monitor process capability and oversee ongoing corrective actions as required. - Review and approve the measurement and cosmetic inspection. - Support the customer and quality system audit as required Required Competencies & Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related disciplines. - Solid quality working experience in cable assembly, connector, socket or related electronic component industry. - Proficient in written and spoken English for daily work communication. - Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system requirements. - Skilled in applying SPC, FMEA, MSA and 7 basic QC quality tools. - Rich practical experience in statistical process control. - Have a clear understanding of Model Based Dimensioning (MBD) and relevant technical requirements. - Master GD&T geometric dimensioning and tolerancing definitions and application rules. - Familiar with full set APQP working procedures and implementation standards. - Well acquainted with EIA-364 industry standard test specifications. - Good team cooperation awareness and ability to maintain smooth internal and external communication. - Strong work arrangement ability and reasonable priority management capability. - Work with customer-oriented mindset and strict quality awareness. - Hold internal or external quality auditor qualification is preferred. - Knowledge of Six Sigma system knowledge is preferred. - Master relevant experimental design methods. - Proficient in using Minitab, JMP and other professional data analysis software. - Possess independent quality project promotion and problem-solving ability.
