职位介绍: Requirements:  Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Finance/Accounting. 本科以上学历，财务/会计专业。  Work Experience: Three years or more of relevant accounting work experience. 工作经验：三年及以上会计相关工作经验；  Qualifications: At least an Intermediate Accountant Qualification Certificate. 资格证书：至少持有中级会计资质证书。  Control main risks and key points of purchase payment/sales collection cycle. 采购付款/销售收款循环主要风险与关键点控制。  Local and IFRS GAAP accounting standard analysis. 中国会计准则和国际会计准则。  Transaction of various foreign currency payments and accounts after replacing business tax with valueadded tax. 营改增后各类外币付款的处理及帐务处理。  Fluent English can be used as working language for both written and oral. 熟练掌握英语的书写和口语能力，可以以英语作为工作语言。  Be familiar with SAP Fi module would be a high bonus point. 熟悉使用SAP 的财务模块优先。  Skill to the AI database handling/analysis would be preferred. 具备AI 数据处理和分析能力者优先。 Tasks and Responsibilities:  Issue VAT invoice. Maintain AR data in ERP and manual database in excel per invoice & customer. 开具增值税发票。按发票及客户维度，在企业资源计划（ERP）系统及 Excel 手工台账中维护应收账款数据。  Generate monthly AR aging report. 编制月度应收账款账龄分析表。  Collect the invoice from the vendor and match the invoice with the goods receipt. 收取供应商发票，并将发票与收货单进行核对匹配。 Page 2 of 2  Arrange the payment based on Payment terms and ensure the payment is performed accurately and timely Work closely together with local team. 依据付款条款安排付款，确保付款准确、及时，与本地团队紧密协作。  Generate monthly AP aging report. 编制月度应付账款账龄分析表。  Handle all tax related tasks, including VAT, withholding tax, EIT settlement and other tax declaration and submit tax report to Tax Bureau accurately and on time. 处理所有税务相关工作，包括增值税、预扣税、企业所得税汇算清缴及其他税务申报，按时、准确向税务局报送税务报表。  Prepare and input monthly GL Journal entries including accruals and amortizations in ERP system. 在 ERP 系统中编制并录入月度总账会计分录，包含计提与摊销分录。  Deliver the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing process. 完成月度、季度及年度结账工作。  Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager. 完成上级主管交办的其他临时工作。
