职位介绍: 职位描述 1.Develop and execute group tax strategic plans to ensure compliance with national and international tax regulations, support corporate strategic objectives; oversee end-to-end tax compliance for the group and subsidiaries, including tax filing, payment, registration and dispute resolution to mitigate tax risks. 2.Design and implement group-level tax planning strategies to optimize tax structure and reduce overall tax burden covering corporate income tax, VAT and cross-border taxation; provide tax feasibility analysis and tailored planning solutions for major transactions including M&A, cross-border investment and supply chain optimization. 3.Lead, mentor and develop the tax team through clear responsibility allocation, performance supervision and capability upgrading; build standardized tax management processes and internal control systems, drive tax digital transformation to improve operational efficiency. 4.Collaborate closely with finance, legal and business departments to conduct tax review on material contracts and transaction structures, provide professional advices and ensure implementation; regularly report tax status and risks to senior management and support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights. 5.Lead the response to tax audits, inspections and investigations by tax authorities, coordinate internal and external resources to resolve disputes and protect corporate interests; conduct regular tax risk assessment, establish risk early-warning mechanism and develop contingency plans. 6.Monitor updates of domestic and international tax policies including BEPS and two-pillar framework, analyze impact and propose actionable solutions; maintain sound relationships with tax authorities, industry associations and professional institutions to secure policy support and facilitate tax incentive application. 职位要求 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Taxation, Accounting or related fields; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred; professional certifications such as Certified Tax Agent, CPA or International Taxation Qualification are a plus. 2.Minimum 8 years of tax management experience, including at least 3 years of tax team leadership experience in large enterprise groups or multinational corporations; familiar with tax practices in manufacturing and high-tech industries, cross-border tax experience is preferred. 3.In-depth knowledge of Chinese tax laws and international tax regulations, proficient in VAT, corporate income tax, customs duties and other tax management; solid track record in tax planning, dispute resolution, tax audit handling and full-cycle management of complex tax matters. 4.Strategic thinking and holistic mindset with ability to align tax compliance with business goals and deliver forward-looking solutions; excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills with experience in liaising with senior management, tax authorities and external agencies. 5.Strong resilience, risk awareness and professional judgment under pressure; proactive in identifying and mitigating tax risks. Fluent in English for tax document preparation and international communication; proficient in Excel, Power BI and other tools for tax data analysis and visualization.
