职位介绍: 工作职责 1、参与新产品的早期设计，研究新工艺并提供评估建议； Participate in the early design of new products, research new processes and provide evaluation suggestions; 2、针对新产品提出的新工艺进行前期制造方法研究，提供可行性验证报告以及新工艺实施的产品设计要求； Conduct preliminary manufacturing method research for the new processes proposed for new products, provide feasibility verification reports, and meet the product design requirements for the implementation of the new processes. 3、评估产品设计的制造可行性，在产品设计中发展和推动制造标准，建产品设计标准休系； Evaluate the manufacturing feasibility of product design, develop and promote manufacturing standards in product design, and establish a product design standard system. 4、新产品开发生产制造流程的设计以及文件制订和发行，同时完成工艺参数的验证和定义； Design the production and manufacturing process for new products, formulate and issue relevant documents, and complete the verification and definition of process parameters at the same time. 5、跟进并分析产品在制过程的问题，提出临时和长期改善方法以满足生产计划和良率要求； Follow up and analyze the problems during the product manufacturing process, and propose temporary and long-term improvement methods to meet the production plan and yield requirements; 6、产品工装治具和设备的DFM审查； DFM review of all kinds of product tooling fixtures and equipment; 7、分析不良品及良率的提升 Analyze defective products and the improvement of yield rates 8、产品切换的执行，工艺参数的制定及优化调整 Execution of product switching, formulation and optimization adjustment of process parameters 9、其他上级安排的工作. Other tasks assigned by superiors. 任职资格 1、本科或以上学历； Bachelor's degree or above; 2、五年以上组装制造工艺经验； More than five years of experience in assembly and manufacturing processes; 3、良好的英语听说读写能； Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; 4、熟悉组装的相关生产流程管控，以及在线不良产品分折能力； Be familiar with the relevant production process control of assembly and the ability to sort out defective products online. 5、熟悉行业内先进组装工艺能力，具备但不限于点胶、热压、冷压、超声波埠接、镭射焊接等相关经验； Familiar with the advanced assembly process capabilities in the industry, with but not limited to relevant experience in dispensing, hot pressing, cold pressing, ultrasonic bonding, laser welding, etc. 6、具有丰富的DFM,DFA经验，熟练应用PTC Creo或ProE或同等3D CAD软件： Have rich experience in DFM and DFA, and be proficient in using PTC Creo or ProE or equivalent 3D CAD software: 7、具备产品问题分析和处理能力，包括DOE,CPK,GR&R,PFMEA等工具的运用。 Possessing the ability to analyze and handle product issues, including the application of tools such as DOE,CPK,GR&R, and PFMEA. 8、能独立完成产品线的制造流程以及产品时产出和线体规划， Be capable of independently completing the manufacturing process of the product line, as well as the production and line planning of the products. 9、具备结构设计和手机或穿戴产品经验优先， Candidates with experience in structural design and mobile phone or wearable products are preferred. 10、能附项月要求跟进国内外出差安排（泰国） Please be able to follow up on the domestic and international business trip arrangements on a monthly basis.
