职位介绍: We are now pre-screening & shortlisting candidates for a potential new FPSO project for role below： Telecom Technician Responsibilities • Site execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and function testing of Telecommunication, Positioning, Navigation, Radio communication, CCTV, Access Control, PAGA & etc. • Perform isolations / de-isolations on Telecom equipment. • Understand and receive instructions from Commissioning Engineer for the tasks to be performed. • Able to assign jobs to individual techs and get the work completed in planned time. • Conduct / attend daily Toolbox Talks to ensure full understanding of work scope as per PTW requirements. • Verifies service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms; and identifying, correcting, or escalating problems. • Site management of commissioning activities, tools, ship-loose items, consumables and spares. • Ensure that commissioning testing activities are conducted safely and comply with the site PTW and safety regulations and procedures. • Liaise with vendors for providing assistance in carrying out pre-commissioning and commissioning scope of work related to vendor packages. • Carry out troubleshooting of faults arising during commissioning tests. • Completing & submission of commissioning documentation such as check sheets, test procedures, red-line mark-up drawings, etc. completed during commissioning tests. • Close out of punch list. • Attend Site acceptance tests. • Prepare Punch Walkdown work pack as per the required format. • Attend Punch Walkdown as required by supervisor. • To attend daily VSCC / Permit to Work meetings as advised by supervisor. • Maintain latest drawings/ documentation on site including all red-line markup drawings. • Preparation of daily timesheet submissions. • Adherence to commissioning schedule. Requirements • Degree / Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or any relevant trade certificate. • Should be able to communicate in English written & spoken. • Should have minimum relevant commissioning experience of more than 3 FPSO / FSO projects. • Understanding of Hazardous Areas and ATEX requirements. • Conversant with the use of STIPA, SPL, Network test equipment, Optical tester, Bird meter & etc • Familiar with loop drawings, P&ID, block diagram, layout drawings, C&E, logic diagrams, etc. • Knowledge of electrical / instrument interfaces. • Good documentation skills such as red-line / as-built drawing markup preparation, etc. • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. • Attention to details • Audio Visual maintenance • Able to work independently as well as in a team with strong troubleshooting skills. • Keep good communication and reporting to supervisors on day-to-day activities. HSE Requirements • Shall comply with company / yard safety procedures and safe working practices. • Familiar with Permit –To-Work system and Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures. • Carry out commissioning testing activities safely to comply with site PTW and safety regulations and procedures. • Preparation of RA and participation in RA meetings as required. • Submit yearly health declaration report.
