职位介绍: Job Description: The Manufacturing Operations Manager is a first-line manager responsible for leading shift operations and ensuring consistent performance across safety, quality, output, and velocity. This role serves as the point of contact for the area and drives operational excellence through strong leadership, disciplined execution, and effective collaboration. Responsibilities include but not be limited to the following: ● Plan, allocate resources, and direct activities to meet all aspects of shift performance, including Safety, Quality, Output, and Velocity. ● Ensure continuity of 24/7 operations and consistency across shifts through disciplined execution. ● Act as the area’s point of contact, coordinating with other areas and departments to resolve issues effectively and escalate when appropriate. ● Serve as a role model for company values and culture, reinforcing group norms and behaviors aligned with business priorities. ● Drive team discipline by ensuring adherence to SPEC, game plans, and operational standards. ● Identify training needs and ensure team members are adequately trained and certified for their roles. ● Promote positive working relationships between engineers and technicians, fostering teamwork and accountability. ● Lead people development through coaching, performance management, and capability building. ● Build team capability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems using Model-Based Problem Solving (MBPS). Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. ● Experience in manufacturing operations or leadership experience preferred. ● Proven ability to manage and develop people, enforce discipline, and maintain high standards of performance. ● Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, SPEC compliance, and shift operations. ● Excellent communication skills (listening, written, and verbal), ability to handle ambiguity, and strong decision-making capability. ● Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a high-performance culture by: ● Setting clear expectations and driving accountability with urgency. ● Role modeling desired behaviors and fostering teamwork. ● Applying strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
