职位介绍: Key Responsibilities SOP (Sales Operations Process) 1) Deep understanding of sales operations: target setting (SI/SO/stock), forecasting (DIH/SIT), inventory management (incl. inventory P&L), and distributor contract & stock count. 2) Experience with distributor authorization management (anti-counterfeit, channel integrity). 3) Proficiency in reporting & analytics (daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, turnover, brand-level EC view). 4) Knowledge of expense management (G2N planning, tracking, verification & reimbursement). 5) Familiarity with SIT, MAPE, NS, EBITA as operational metrics RGM (Revenue Growth Management) 1) Strong GTN diagnostic skills: monthly performance tracking, variance analysis vs. budget/LY, opportunity identification. 2) Experience leading promotional review processes and improving ROI YoY, including post-promotion analysis and actionable recommendations. 3) Trade promotion management – end-to-end project guidance, system implementation roadmap, trade spend optimization 4) Pricing & promotional administration – driving efficiency, continuous improvement of pricing systems, communicating value chain & pricing strategy changes. 5) Mix management (product, channel, pack size) and price pack architecture to drive net revenue and margin. 6) Net sales and margin analysis; ability to identify price increase opportunities while ensuring mutual profitability 7) Collaboration with finance on budget, forecast, and GTN planning cycles. General Skills/Qualifications · 10+ years of working experience, with proven track record in SOP & TMKT and/or RGM roles. · Excellent cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Finance, TMKT, Administration). · Strong business acumen and strategic thinking – ability to balance operational execution with growth levers. · Data-driven decision making; advanced Excel/BI tools. · Fluent English; deep understanding of China e-commerce landscape.
