职位介绍: 岗位职责Position Responsibilities： 1、领导工艺开发部门, 负责工艺部门的日常运营，报告给公司运营主管； Lead the Process Development Department, responsible for the daily operations of the Department; Report to the company's Operation Officer and Program Leader. 2、根据公司营运目标，制定工艺部门的年度KPI并为之负责；根据部门成员的职级和具体负责事务，制定部门成员的年度KPI，并定期进行评估，及时提出工作改进意见和方案。 According to the company's operating objectives, formulate the annual KPIs of the Process Department as the owner of the Department KPIs; According to the rank and specific responsibilities of department members, formulate their each own annual KPIs, and review the performance each of department member regularly and come up with performance continuous improving advices and directions. 3、制定本部门负责的所有项目的工作计划和人力资源调配，定期检讨确认各个项目的进度，根据实际情况协调内外部资源为各个项目提供支持，并为各个项目的时间节点负责。 Responsible for working plans and human resource allocation all of the projects owned by the Department; Regularly review the progress of each project and coordinate internal and external resources to support each project according to the actual situation as the owner of milestone of each project. 4、各个项目的工艺技术决策，视需要协调内部/外部智力资源为部门成员提供技术指导和智力支持；负责审核部门成员提交的各类技术报告。 Responsible for the technical decision-making of each project, coordinate internal/external intellectual resources as necessary to provide technical guidance and intellectual support to department members; Responsible for reviewing all kinds of technical reports submitted by department members. 5、负责公司工艺方案正式发布的审核工作，监控所有已发布工艺方案的实际性能。 Responsible for the final approval of recipe release, and monitor the performance all of the released recipes at customer sites. 6、协调资源解决客户端的工艺问题。 Coordinate resource to provide strong technical support for the process issues happened at customer sites. 7、跨部门沟通和协作；部门团队协作能力和专业能力建设；协助公司营运主管改善工作流程，提高公司治理水平。 Cross-departmental communication and collaboration; Departmental teamwork and professional capacity development; Assist the company's operating leaders to improve the work procedures and improve the governance of the company. 8、研究跟踪合成碳材料的行业现状和发展趋势，比如工艺方法、材料合成设备等； Track and research the current situation and development trend of synthetic carbon material industry，such as process design, equipment design, etc. 任职要求Qualifications 1、硕士或博士学历，物理，化学，材料科学，微电子相关专业；有CVD相关从业经历和研究经历，有项目管理经验或者团队管理经验者优先考虑；硕士工作5年以上，博士工作2年以上。 Master Degree or Doctor. Degree, major in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Microelectronics，Etc. 5 years of work experience required for Master Degree candidates and 2 years of experience required for Doctor Degree candidates. Experience of team management is preferred. 2、有充足的专业和经验的积累, 专业眼界开阔； Have sufficient professional knowledge and experience accumulation, broad professional horizons. 3、具备良好的英语表达能力，必须能够流利地进行英语交流; Good English communication skills and have to be capable to communicate fluently in English. 4、具备良好的团队精神和抗压能力; 结果导向和目标意识；有条理且值得信赖，自我驱动和持续学习。 Good team spirit and capable to work under pressure.
