职位介绍: Key responsibilities • Work with system engineer, application engineer, and architect for product and module definition and specification creation • Design digital circuits of modules, sub-systems and/or chip-level integration for mixed-signal products • Conduct design reviews, failure analysis, and performance optimization to address signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) challenges. Drive engineering feasibility analysis, micro-architecture evaluation • Maintain and update design documentation (e.g., datasheets, design specifications) to ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., verification engineers, analog design engineers) to meet mixed-signal functionalities and performance targets • Support the development and implementation of design for manufacturing (DFM) and design-for-test (DFT) strategies to improve yield and testability; support physical design (PD) and design-for-test (DFT) strategies to improve PPA • Stay updated on industry trends, and advanced mixed-signal design methodologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage Required qualifications & experience • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital or mixed-signal IC design, with a proven track record of successful tape-outs for commercial products • Familiar with Verilog, expertise in EDA tools on simulation, synthesis, formal check, etc. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts clearly • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design projects in a deadline-driven environment.
