职位介绍: 工作目标 Objectives:、 ?作为西安研发团队的直接管理者，全面领导西安电子、机械、客户应用与实验室团队。 As the direct manager of Xi'an R&D team, fully lead the local teams in electronics, mechanics, customer applications, and lab. ?与上海电子、机械、客户应用与实验室团队协作沟通，确保其对西安研发各团队的技术培训与支持。 Collaborate and communicate with electronics, mechanics, customer applications, and lab teams in Shanghai to ensure they provide technical training and support to Xi’an teams. ?带领本地团队完成新产品开发、客户及工厂端反映问题的闭环额、VAVE 降本、原材料本地化及工厂制造与质量支持，确保产品在全生命周期内的技术竞争力、成本优势与质量可靠性。 Lead the local team to complete new product development, close the loop on issues reported by customers and site, achieve VAVE cost reduction, raw materials localization, and provide manufacturing and quality support. Ensure the product technical competitiveness, cost advantages, and quality reliability throughout entire life cycle. ?持续建设具备国际化水准的本地研发体系与人才梯队。 Continuously build R&D system and talent pipeline with international standard. 工作任务 Tasks: 1.战略与规划 Strategy & Planning ?依据公司 3~5 年产品路线图，制定西安研发年度/季度 KPI 与预算。 Formulate the annual/quarterly KPIs and budget for Xi'an R&D based on the company's product roadmap during 3-5 years. ?统筹研发各团队（电子、结构、测试、客户应用）的技术路线图，确保与上海总部各团队之间的战略同步。 Coordinate the technical roadmaps of R&D Xi’an teams (electronics, structure, testing, customer applications) to ensure strategic alignment with teams in Shanghai. 2.组织与人才 Organization & Talent ?搭建矩阵式研发组织，优化下属团队双通道汇报路径，平衡资源冲突。 Establish R&D organization matrix, optimize the dual-channel reporting path and balance resource conflicts. ?与上海研发各团队沟通协作，协调资源以确保本地团队的成员技术能力的发展。 Communicate and collaborate with R&D teams in Shanghai, and coordinate resources to ensure the development of technical capabilities of local team members. ?制定关键岗位继任计划，确保核心岗位的人才梯队建设。 Develop succession plans for key positions to ensure the building of a talent pipeline for core roles. 3.新产品开发 New Product Development ?跟踪本地新产品开发项目进度，推动研发团队内部与其他跨部门团队协作，确保各节点按时交付。 Track the progress of local new product development projects, drive collaboration between R&D team and other cross-departmental teams, ensure on-time delivery of all milestones. ?在新产品引入阶段，将工厂问题前置到设计阶段，提高新产品可制造性。 During the NPI phase, proactively address manufacturing issues in the design stage to improve the manufacturability of new products. 4.VAVE与持续改进 VAVE & Continuous Improvement ?建立跨部门 VAVE 机制确保年度降本目标的达成。 Establish a cross-departmental VAVE mechanism to ensure the achievement of annual cost reduction targets. ?与采购，质量协作，共同推进材料本地化率。 Collaborate with procurement and quality departments to drive the localization rate of materials. ?与工艺开发部门共同合作，推进测试工装标准化、夹具共用化以降低本地实验成本。 Work with process development department to advance the standardization of test tools and the sharing of fixtures, to reduce local lab costs. 5.客户&工厂端FAE Customer & Factory FAE ?建立运行机制，确保本地团队将客户端或工厂端发现的问题反馈到研发内部，与上海各研发团队或其他各相应部门协作，闭环解决问题。 Establish a feedback mechanism to ensure issues identified by customers or sites could deliver to R&D department, and collaborate with Shanghai R&D teams or relevant departments to resolve in a closed-loop way. ?协助工厂的制成及质量问题的解决。 Assist in solving manufacturing and quality issues on site. ?建立将现场问题转化为经验总结的数据库的机制，与上海研发相应团队紧密合作，持续提高本地研发团队的技术能力。 ?Establish a mechanism to convert on-site issues into an experience summary database, work closely with Shanghai R&D teams to continuously improve local team technical capabilities. 6.合规与体系 Compliance & Systems ?维护 IATF 9000、ISO 17025、ISO 14001 体系在研发环节的有效运行。 Maintain the effective operation of IATF 9000, ISO 17025, and ISO 14001 systems in R&D process. ?确保新产品获得各类认证，如CE/UL/CCC 认证。 Ensure new products obtain various certifications, such as CE/UL/CCC certifications. ?鼓励本地团队进行各类专利申请。 Encourage the local team to apply for various patents. 7.预算与成本 Budget & Cost ?根据西安研发发展及产品战略，制定部门年度CAPEX 预算 Formulate department annual CAPEX budget based on the development and product strategy of Xi'an R&D team. ?制定部门overhead费用预算并控制偏差。 Develop department overhead budget and control deviations. 8.文化 & EHS Culture & EHS ?营造持续学习企业文化，提高员工满意度。 Foster a corporate culture of continuous learning and improve employee satisfaction. ?负责实验室的安全隐患排查，确保安全运营。 Be responsible for identifying potential safety hazards in the lab to ensure safe operation. 岗位要求 Requirements: 1.优秀的领导能力，具有战略思维，创造性解决问题能力，决策能力和谈判技能 Good leadership skill, strategic thinking, creative problem solving, decision-making, and negotiation skill. 2.良好的协调和管理能力 Good cooperation with other departments, and good management skill. 3.具有马达及风机方面的工作经验为佳，熟悉电气或机械方面的知识 Good knowledge/experience of motor and fan development will be a plus, also electrical or mechanical engineering knowledge. 4.具有项目管理及质量控制经验 Good experience of project management and quality control. 5.具有较强的实践、分析和解决问题的能力。 Practical operation ability, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
