职位介绍: 1.Conduct high-level technical analysis like requirements gathering and gap analysis for plant cybersecurity needs. 2.Engage with clients to identify and assess cyber vulnerabilities, create tailored security designs, estimate project costs, and support proposal creation. 3.Perform risk assessment to identify potential cyber threats and weaknesses. 4.Develop and implement robust cybersecurity measures and policies that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. 5.Assess security architecture for projects, recommend appropriate safeguards, and conduct security tests. 6.Drive cybersecurity service business initiatives, especially managed services. 7.Proactively engage with customers to define overall cybersecurity improvements. 8.Assist existing customers with problem resolution and identify future opportunities. 9.Build a short-term and mid-term pipeline and customer accounts. 10.Develop business expansion and go-to-market strategies with the sales team for sustainable growth. 11.Conduct discovery workshops with support from the global team. 12.Build relationships with end users and business partners such as system integrator and suppliers. 任职资格: 1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Security, or related fields. 2.More than 10years in Business Development / Technical consultant in OT Cybersecurity domain 3.Strong consultative approach with customers, ability to identify challenges, and propose solutions. 4.Ability to demonstrate cybersecurity solutions and strong sales presentation skills. 5.Proven experience in stakeholder management in multinational teams with diverse backgrounds and time zones. 6.Experience implementing cybersecurity software in operational environments and designing secure infrastructure. 7.Knowledge of OT systems such as DCS, PLC, SCADA, automated control, and fundamental industrial plant process and workflow knowledge. 8.Basic knowledge of cloud security is advantageous. 9.Ability to support company-wide programs, strategies, and initiatives. 10.Develop and identify cybersecurity digital technologies for business use, including AI. 11.Create an environment conducive to successful interactions and customer satisfaction. 12.12.Early engagement with customers to explore long-term partnership agreements. 13.Knowledge of key regulations and standards like NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443. Cybersecurity certifications like IEC62443, CISM, GICSP and CCSP are preferred. 14.Proficient in security technologies like firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint security, and SIEM systems. 15.Mandatory : English(CET6) 、Nice to Have : Japanese Skills(N2) for daily communication
