职位介绍: 1. 生产信息跟踪 Production Information follow 评估生产计划的执行状况 Measure the performance of production plan 2. 客户信息跟踪 Supplier Information follow 1) 和客户建立良好的关系，并获得更新的需求信息 Building a strong relationship with customers and get the updated demand information 2) 保证客户对送货的需求 Ensure the delivery demand of customers 3) 保证月度计划，周计划，客户排程和主生产计划的一致性 Make sure that both Monthly Demand Plan and Weekly Sales Forecast, inputs for customer schedules and Mps, are consistent each other 4) 处理售后的备件定单和发货 Handling the aftermarket sales orders processing and delivery 3. 供应商管理 Supplier Management 监控和管理JIT供应商的送货 Monitor JIT supplier delivery 4. 其他Others 处理部分ERP数据录入工作 Handing some data maintain in ERP 5. 附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions 1) 遵守公司的规章制度、道德规范、价值观及员工手册 Ensure full respect of Rules & Regulations\Ethics\Values\Employee handbook of the company. 2) 遵守健康安全环境规定 Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations 3) 保证与部门经理和内部客户的完全和及时地沟通 Ensure transparent timely communication with logistic manager and internal customers 4) 与其他职能部门的密切合作，建立强有效的内外部合作关系 Build a strong internal and external relationship with the other function 5) 与其他主管一起参与部门绩效的提高 Participate with supervisory colleagues to improvement of department performance 6) 参加5分钟会，汇报现场绩效，成绩和问题以及正在跟进的行动 Participate to department Top 5 and report production performance, successes and issues as well as action initiated 7) 直属经理交给的其他临时任务 Other temporary task arranged by Line Manager 6. 确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等 Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company
