职位介绍: Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the electromagnetic design of new energy motor products, familiar with permanent magnetic synchronous motor theory and electromagnetic circuit design. 2. Familiar with at least one of the software tools related to electromagnetic design, such as ANSYS/JMAG/FLUX. 3. Familiar with the materials and processes associated with electromagnetic design, and understand the basic mechanical structure and assembly of motors. 4. Understand the relevant standards and methods of motor bench testing to form a simulation closed loop. 5. Fulfill the completion of reports or other documents required by the project. 6. Complete other work as scheduled by the department. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or other related majors. 2. 3 years relevant work experience in the new energy motor industry. 3. 3 years relevant work experience in the design of permanent magnet synchronous motors. 4. Possessing a certain technical communication ability, fluent in spoken English, and other languages of German, Japanese, Korean etc. are a plus. 5. Familiar with the automotive parts product development approval system and process. 6. Familiar with the working principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor and have a certain understanding of advanced technology about new energy motor. 7. Master the electromagnetic design of motors and understand the design key points of different motors, especially 48V and high-voltage drive motors for new energy vehicles. 8. Familiar with the principles of motor NVH and experienced in solving motor NVH problems. 9. Familiar with the development of other CAEs for motors
