Build career development channels and job rotation mechanisms, promote lifelong learning and promote the construction of composite and learning teams. 3、根据公司战略需要与业务特点，组织开展推动公司组织架构设计优化，建立高绩效组织体系。 According to the company's strategic and business characteristics, organize and promote the optimization of the company's organizational structure design and establish a high-performance organizational system. 4、根据公司战略与组织架构，开展职责梳理、定岗定编、岗位分析及岗位评估等工作，并定期优化岗位体系 According to the company's strategy and organizational structure, carry out responsibilities sorting, head count, job analysis, job evaluation and regularly optimize the job position system. 5、开展公司短期与中长期组织绩效评价，建立并完善员工绩效管理体系与激励机制。 Carry out short-term, medium-term and long-term organizational performance evaluation of the company, establish and improve the employee performance management system and incentive mechanism. 6、优化公司薪酬福利体系，统筹人工成本测算与管理工作，核定各项目人工成本并监督其执行情况。 Optimize the company's salary and wage system, overall management of labor cost measurement, audit labor costs of various projects and supervise implementation. 7、协助调研、收集、整理、分析行业人力资源资料，为管理有效性及战略投资决策提供数据支持。 Researching, collecting, organize and analyzing HR data, provide data analyze support for management effectiveness and strategic investment decisions. 岗位要求： 1、40岁以下，本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理、商科等相关专业背景。熟悉当地的劳工政策、工会制度、劳动法律法规。 Under 40 years' old, Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management, business management, Familiar with local labor policies, labor union systems, labor laws and regulations of national company. 2、10年以上化工、新能源、光伏制造等行业人力资源管理经验，其中在中东地区相关工作5年以上经验。 More than 10 years of human resource management experience in chemical, new energy, solar manufacturing industries, including more than 5 years of relevant experience in middle east area. 3、能熟练掌握英文和中文，懂阿拉伯语更佳。 Fluent both in English& Chinese (Mandarin preferred), English and Chinese can be used as working, Arabic languages will be the best priority. 4、具备很强的人际交往、沟通表达、劳资洽谈、人力资源风险防范能力。Strong interpersonal, communication, labor-management negotiation, human resources risk prevention ability. 5、熟练使用 office 办公软件及其它日常工作所需软件，并输出高质量人力资源报告。 Proficient in using office software and other software required for daily work, and output high- quality HR reports.
