职位介绍: Lead, Develop, implement, and manages SW quality policies and procedures to ensure SW development on quality and on efficiency for Telematics, Infotainment and AD/ADAS products. ▪ Lead the team to define, evaluate, plan, coordinate and monitor the activities, tasks and resources required for project development, and formulate the project development plan; Manage and control the business development of various systems in the project, coordinate the work of cross functional teams, and coordinate the resource needs of the project to ensure the delivery of the project on time on quality. ▪ Lead team of Software Test Engineers including recruiting, mentoring, and organizing this set of professionals; and be responsible transformation of the team from reliance primarily on manual testing, to a model which effectively uses automated tests in a continuous integration environment. ▪ Lead builds up DevOps in China for efficient SW continuous development, integration and testing process and Tool chain ▪ Support lean agile transformation across organizations in RD teams More than 10 years working experience in a well-known automotive OEMs or Tier1 suppliers, more than 6 years of R&D SW project management experience, and more than two complete R&D project management experience; - Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes, such as Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD. - Familiar with vehicle development process and software product development models such as automotive spice / CMMI, proficient in project management related knowledge system, PMP certificate is preferred. - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, including test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect tracking and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and suites. - Have good team management ability, strong communication, expression, organization and coordination ability and execution ability, be able to solve complex project management problems and have strong pressure resistance
