职位介绍: Responsibility: • Ensures sales growth to quota performance, develops the pipeline for new opportunities & new projects, protects margin, completes forecasts, and manages operating expenses for the PCB AP ex-Japan sales team. Manages 8 Account Executives in China and India as well as several distributors. • Select, train, coach, engage and develop the team • Define, develop and implement commercial strategies in line with management guidelines • Develop and maintain influential relationships with key stakeholders, opinion leaders and key customers. • Monitor and Forecast PCB business trends or changes, in compliance with Bio-Rad’s CRM system • Develop Sales strategies, presentations and proposals. • Resource essential data from the Account Executives to contribute creating a marketing strategy. Requiement: • Strong influence and negotiation skills, customer driven, with passion for results • Solid financial, analytical and operational skills and knowledge • Strong oral and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills; reporting skills. Proficient with SFDC and SAP, accurate forecasting, ability to complete robust business analysis to support business decisions. • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a sales team • Solid knowledge of Process Chromatography products and markets • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a life science or physical science discipline or related field required. • MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 5-10 years’ sales experience, with at least 3 years management experience. • 3+ years’ Commercial operations experience (SFDC, digital commerce, channel management, strategy development, etc) • 3+ years Pharma industry experience.
