被动器件、无源元件、连接器、电子元器件 主要责任: 1.开发和应用市场导向战略 与销售、各事业部和GC管理层密切合作,为所负责的区域(产品/地区)制定市场战略。 管理和监督市场支持服务,包括报价和库存等。支持客服与工厂讨论和定义物流协议。 2.制定年度销售计划 与各部门和销售部门合作,根据制定的战略制定年度产品预算。 2.2销售计划应包括支持该计划所需的业务量和库存,以及主要客户/销售渠道的详细信息。负责完成最终预算。 3.为销售部门和客户提供技术支持。 3.1通过培训、日常合作、研讨会、应用笔记等方式,为销售机构(包括代理商和分销商)提供产品信息和支持。 3.2与销售一起拜访客户,以提供具体的技术支持,创造设计获胜/销售机会。 3.3在质量不合格的情况下作为一级支持。 4.监控和分析市场发展并实施沟通活动。 监控市场发展,特别是关于新应用程序或应用程序的发展以及随之而来的对新产品的需求。 4.2分析市场趋势(供求比、价格等)和竞争对手的发展情况,提出目标和实现目标的策略。 4.3支持并执行市场传播活动(展会、广告、技术文献、产品目录、样品包等)。与公关部合作。 5. 管理团队:支持员工向经理汇报工作,并指导员工在个人和职业发展方面实现目标 要求: 1. 本科或以上学历,电气/电子工程师或相关专业 2. 5-10年电子元器件市场营销或销售经验(被动型优先) 3. 领导能力强,性格乐观;有团队合作精神。愿意承担责任,有目标地工作。能够适应区域内和总部的频繁出差。具备ISO9001, IATF16949及质量核心工具的基本知识。 4. 流利的书面和口头英语 Key Responsibility: 1.Develop and apply market oriented Strategy 1.1 Develop market-oriented strategies for the assigned area of responsibility (product / region), in close cooperation with Sales, the Divisions and GC management. 1.2 Administrate and monitor marketing support services including quotations and inventories etc. Supports CS in the discussion and definition with the factories of logistic agreements. 2.To Prepare yearly sales plan 2.1 Prepare the yearly product budget based on the defined strategies, in cooperation with the Divisions and Sales. 2.2 The sales plans shall cover the business volume and inventories needed to support it, with details of the major customers / sales channels. Responsible for achieving the finalized budgets. 3.To Provide technical support to sales organization and customers. 3.1 Provides product information and support to the sales organization, including agents and distributors, by means of training, daily co-operation, seminars, application notes, etc. 3.2 Visit customers together with Sales in order to provide specific technical support and generate design-wins / sales opportunities. 3.3 Acts as first level support in case of quality rejects. 4.To Monitor and analysis market development and implement communication activities. 4.1 Monitor market developments especially with regards to new applications or application developments and consequent demand for new products. 4.2 Analyze market trends (supply / demand ratio, prices, etc.) and developments of the competitors, suggesting targets and the strategies to achieve them. 4.3 Support and executing marketing communication activities (fairs, advertisement, technical literature, catalogues, sample kits etc.). co-working with Marcom department. 5. To Manage the team: Support staff reports to the manager and guide the personnel towards the achievements of their targets in terms of personal and career development Requirements: 1. Bachelor or above in Electrical / Electronic Engineer or equivalent 2. >5-10 years in marketing or sales of electronic components (Preferably passive) 3. Leading and optimistic personality; Capable to work in team. Willing to assume responsibilities and to work by objectives. Able to do frequent travelling within the region and to the headquarter. Basic knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949 and quality core tools. 4. Fluent written and oral English
