职位介绍: • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud HCSO, and Microsoft Azure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and availability. • Lead and manage infrastructure and cloud-related projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to meet business objectives and timelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and cybersecurity professionals, to gather requirements and provide technical solutions leveraging cloud technologies. • Manage vendor relationships and effectively communicate with cloud service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and issues are resolved promptly. • Oversee the administration and optimization of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, including user and group management, access control, and integration with on-premises systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and cloud-related issues, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and service disruptions. • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Alibaba and Huawei cloud computing and Microsoft Azure Active Directory, evaluating their potential impact and recommending strategic improvements. Requirements • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years proven hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud HCSO, and Microsoft Azure. • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering cloud-related projects on time and within budget. • Experience in vendor management, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with cloud service providers. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, including user management, access control, and integration with on-premises systems. • Familiarity with cloud networking concepts, including virtual networks, subnets, security groups, and load balancers. • Strong understanding of security principles and best practices in cloud environments, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud and AD issues. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Preferred Cloud certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Alibaba Cloud Certified Associate (ACA), Huawei Certified ICT Professional (HCIP). • Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus. • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Infrastructure Manager.
