- • Creation of CAD – design and drawings for piston product - based on Engineering specification and engine dimensions, in line with Powertrain design standards • Work with and understand the engine and piston peripherical components, develop piston assembly fit in 3D-model engine environment • Design for Manufacturing: understand design impacts to production, develop best design solution aiming at a performance vs. cost optimum; • Cooperate closely with Engineering, Analysis and Testing department. • Prepare the model for FEA and modify the design by discussion with Engineering and FEA team. • Get design orders and boundary conditions from global network databases. • Discussion of the design, respectively drawings with product engineering, manufacturing and if required with our customers in the appropriate languages (local language and English) • 2 years minimum experience in CAD (better in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering). • proficient in CAD software (Creo, CATIA, UG) usage. Bachelor’s degrees in ICE, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
