职位介绍: Technical Sales Manager， Battery Materials 工作地点：广东省/上海要求： 1. 博士学历，化工/材料相关专业优先考虑 2. 至少3年电池材料工作背景 3. 英语可以作为工作语言 4. 至少3年技术支持工作经验 Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities) 1. Act as the primary technical contact for key customers, introducing new products, addressing inquire, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely and effective solutions. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, like R&D, sales, quality, and production, to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize product performance. 3. Stay abreast of industrial trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform produce development and customer support strategies. 4. Work with R&D to develop and execute testing protocols to validate the performance in batteries. Has the ability to read and analyze data and provide recommendations for product improvement. 5. Develop training programs for internal teams and external customers to enhance their understanding of our products and the use of the products. 6. Collect customer feedback and work with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and address customer needs. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors) 1. Ability to proactively build connections broadly across target customer’s technology organization 2. Strong team player with positive attitude? 3. Strong understanding of battery technology, materials characterization, and testing methodologies. 4. Proven experience in technical service management. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills/ Strong Presentation skills 7. Willingness to travel 任职资格 Education/Experience 1. PhD degree in electro-chemistry, materials science, or related majors; 2. At least 3-year experience in lithium-ion battery industry and a familiarity with the space
