职位介绍: 1.参与对供应商进行资格鉴定和审计，监测绩效，启动战略供应商的绩效改进活动，并与全球类别经理密切合作，从质量角度为新兴市场采购战略做出贡献。 2.还负责解决EM供应商的关键质量问题，并按照PPAP方法在全球范围内领导关键零件/材料审批流程标准化。您的职责： 1.您将评估供应商的质量管理体系，并与供应商协调纠正措施，并跟进解决方案。 2.您将计划并进行所需的供应商现场审核，包括与供应商保持一致的纠正措施计划。验证供应商对纠正措施计划项目的有效关闭。 3.您将领导新供应商零件/材料的生产零件批准程序（PPAP），包括试件和首件检验活动与接收工厂质量的协调。在运往客户地区之前，在供应商生产现场进行所需的产品监督/检查。 4.如果工厂的技术问题升级，您将与供应商一起领导不合格解决过程，并确保供应商进行有效的根本原因分析和对策实施。 5.您将监控和整合供应商交付和质量KPI，即工厂上报的关键不符合项。 6.您将领导目标供应商的供应商绩效改进行动，以满足客户的期望（遵循DMAIC和/或8D方法）。 7.您将作为进口工厂的供应链管理、技术、质量和供应商之间的联络人，在中国执行所有供应商质量管理流程。 Your background: 1. Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in one of the disciplines: mechanical机械, welding焊接, materials材料 or production engineering生产工程 (or similar technical discipline). 2. 5+ years of relevant quality assurance/control, manufacturing, supplier development or similar operational experience in the field of metal fabrication金属制造, welding焊接, machining机加工, transformer components变压器器件 or similar industries或相似行业行业. 质量保证/控制，制造，供应商发展或相似的运营经验 3. Knowledge of heat treatment processes and surface protection processes such as hot-dip galvanize, powder and wet paint processes, E-coating (KTL) processes, etc. 热处理工艺，表面保护/处理工艺，如热浸镀锌，粉末和湿漆工艺，电泳工艺等 4. Familiarity with ISO-9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and external auditor certification is a plus. 熟悉质量体系，若有外审员认证是加分项 5. Welding engineering/inspector certification (e.g. International Welding Engineer/Inspector (IWE/IWI), painting/coating inspector certification (e.g. FROSIO), NDT certification (ISO 9712) is a strong advantage. 焊接工程/检查员认证【如国际焊接工程师IWE/国际焊接检验师IWI，油漆检查员证书/涂层检查员证书(防腐蚀证一个是NACE，另外一个是FROSIO认证)，无损检测认证】是非常大非常大的加分项。 6. Good understanding of management standards such as ISO 3834, EN 1090, welding standards (ISO 9606, ISO 15609, ISO 15614) and the quality acceptance levels (e.g. ISO 5817, ISO 23277) and Non-destructive testing standards (ISO 3452, ISO 17637). 7. Experience working with Process Improvement and/or Continuous Improvement practices (e.g., Kaizen, DMAIC, A3, 8D, 5Why Analysis, etc). 8. (Lean) Six Sigma belt (Green/Black) is a strong advantage. 9. Proven experience with the process audits, APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, Process Control Plan, and inspection test plan creation. 10. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills and ability to create a collaborative environment for accomplishing project objectives. 11. Willingness to travel approximately 50% within China and fluency in English both written and spoken. 12. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
