职位介绍: 职位描述基本职能和职责：电子行业 l 物料管理在供应链中实施有关流程改进和成本降低的整体解决方案; 负责盘点周转; 参与供应链管理相关项目（本地、集团、全球）; 负责仓库管理，确保物料安全存放，并遵循规定的原则;最大限度地利用仓库空间; 计划和组织所采取的库存并监控定义的周期盘点; 基于精益原则对材料工艺的持续改进; l 企划管理负责调整规划过程，使其符合公司战略和目标;计划包括物料计划/生产计划和交付计划; 与厂房等位置的轮廓部分相协调，提高性能; 容量规划的主要贡献者，与IE合作制定最小和长期容量计划; 持续改进规划过程; l 物流管理负责供应商交付和客户的物流流程，包括清关等; 持续改进交付，以最大限度地减少入库和出库的成本支出; 如果适用，确保海关差异在受控水平; l 对员工负责最低资格： l 本科学历，供应链、物流或工商管理相关专业。 l 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力 l 具备优秀的ERP知识（SAP优先） l 优秀的MS-Office l 要求严格、有责任心、积极主动、有团队合作精神、思想开放 l 5年以上类似职位专业经验首选资格： l 在预算和财务规划流程方面有很好的知识 l 故障排除经验和团队合作 l 领导能力能力： · 交付成果 o 了解团队的使命和产出;设定 SMART 目标并交付 · 推动变革 o 专注于敏捷性和对持续改进的承诺;了解变革的内部和外部驱动因素并采取行动 · 构建能力 o 培养学习和发展的文化;通过持续反馈支持个人成长，以实现个人和职业目标 · 培养创新 o 公开接受、创造、实施和支持新的和创新的想法、流程和技术，以提供业务成果 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Material management Implementation of total solutions in regards to process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain; Responsible for the inventory turns; Participation in SCM related projects (local, group, global); Responsible for the warehouse management to ensure the material are safe stored and follows the principle defined ;maximize the untility of warehouse space; Plan and organize the stock taken and monitoring the cycle count as defined ; Continuous improvement on the material process based on the lean principle;  Planning management Responsible to align the planning process to fit company strategic and the target ; the planning including material planning / production planning and delivery planning; Cordinate with contour part in the plant and other locations to improve the performance ; Main contributer for the capacity planning, work with IE on the min-term and long term capacity plan ; Continuous improvement on the planning process;  Logistics management Responsible for logistic process for both supplier delivery and to customer , including customs clearance and related; Continuous improvement on the delivery to have minimize the cost spending on both inbound and outbound ; Ensure the customs differences in a controlled level if applicable;  Responsible for employees MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s degree, majored in supply chain, logistics or business administration.  Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing  Excellent ERP knowledge (SAP is preferred)  Excellent MS-Office  Demanding, responsible, pro-active, team player, open-minded  Min. 5 years professional experience in similar position PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Excellent knowledge in budgeting and financial planning processes  Troubleshooting experience as well as teamwork  Leadership skill COMPETENCIES: • Deliver Results o Understand the mission and output of your team; set SMART objectives and deliver • Drive Change o Focus on agility and commitment to continuous improvement; Understand and act on internal and external drivers of change • Build Capability o Foster a culture of learning and development; Support individual growth through continuous feedback to achieve personal and professional goals • Cultivate Innovation o Openly embrace, create, implement and support new and innovative ideas, processes and technology that deliver business results
