职位介绍: Responsible for management of safety and PPE in molding area; 负责注塑区域的安全和PPE穿戴； -Responsible for achieving production KPIs, mainly including production efficiency, quality PPM, OEE, and equipment downtime. 负责生产指标的达成，主要包括生产效率，PPM，OEE，和设备停机等。负责工艺参数的设定，并对注塑成型工艺固化标准、工艺批量生产验证、工艺档案的建立和管理进行规范。 -Support HQ mold design department to implement the new mold trial and production trial, and report the trial results to HQ. 支持总部模具设计部门实施新模具的验证和生产的验证，和汇报验证结果给总部。 -Responsible for problem analysis and deal with process issues reporting and solving. 负责问题的分析和处理工艺过程问题的汇报和解决； -Responsible for ensuring the safe and normal operation, changing and repariring of equipment, molds, and facility equipment, and conducting regular maintenance and inspection. 负责设备、模具及辅助设施的安全正常运行,更换和维修，定期进行维护保养/维修和检查。 -Responsible for training and development the people in the injection molding workshop, focusing on product knowledge, quality, and other knowledge training to improve their quality awareness and operational skills 负责对注塑车间人员的培训和发展，主要关注在产品工艺、质量等知识的培训，提高人员的品质意识和操作技能。 -Responsible for process documentation preparation, management and update, including the process flow diagram, PFMEA, control plan, working instruction, rework instruction, maintenance instruction, checklist and other documents. 负责工艺文件的准备，管理和更新，包括工艺流程图, 工艺流程失效模式分析，控制计划，作业指导书，返工作业指导书，维护保养作业指导书，检查表和其它的文件； -Responsible for daily checklist preparation, management and update, including the IMMs, molds, themoregulators, dryers, and other equipment and devices. 负责准备管理和更新注塑设备的技术检查表单，如:注塑机、模具、模温机、干燥机和其它设备和装置。 -Responsible for maintenance document and record preparation, management and update, the maintenance plan, mold files, maintenance records, production records and others. 负责准备管理和更新保养文件，包括：维修计划、模具档案、维修记录、生产记录和其它文件； -Responsible for process parameter setting, and standardize the solidification standards for injection molding processes, process batch production verification, and the establishment and management of process archives. - Responsible for on-site inspection and supervision of injection molding processes, strictly implementing standard production processes, and ensuring stable production process quality 负责现场注塑工艺的巡查监督，严格执行标准工艺生产，确保生产过程质量稳定。 -Responsible for executing production plans, reduce the process scraps, and effectively achieving production and quality objectives. 负责生产计的执行，减少过程报废品，有效完成生产和质量目标。 -Responsible for the management of equipment spare parts and regular inventory counting. 负责设备备品备件的管理和定期的盘点。 -Responsible for backup of technicians, in case of technician take the holiday. 负责备份技术员，如果技术员请假时。
