职位介绍: 1. Field Nursery Leadership: Develops an effective team, develops and documents the best practices and standard operating procedures, recruits, trains, develops, and evaluates personnel and labor needs. Develops appropriate personnel structure to meet field nursery growth plans. 2. Field Nursery Grower: Successfully transplant and grow berry plants. Optimize plant nutrition, irrigation, and delivery timing. Uses agronomicskills to develop a balanced, healthy, and quality plant. Provides plant order on time, in quantities ordered, and within agreed upon time frames. 3. Propagation Development: Directs field nursery applied research and process improvement trials, conceives and implements propagation trials, creates methodologies that improve the quality, speed of propagation, work efficiency, and cost saving. 4. Plant Inventory: Accurately track and maintain plant inventory while providing visibility throughout the entire process. Packages and prepares plants for shipment. Lead and implement the nursery EBA project. 5. Material and Supply Purchaser: Work with procurement department, purchases materials for the field nursery. 6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensures legal, accurate, and appropriate material usage. 7. EHS Compliance: Make sure that nursery activities follow Company EHS requirements. 8. Internal Customer Engagement: Engages closely with production customers. Leads the investigation of customer complain, assesses customer losses, and propose solutions. 9. Oversight of Outside Visitors and collaborate with other operated as needed. 10. Mission and Values: Work both internally and externally with employees and vendors to support and promote the Company Mission and Values. 11. Conduct: Follow Company policies and practices while representing in an ethical and business-like manner. 12. Maintenance and construction of additional nursery facilities as the business expands. 13. Creation and management of the annual nursery budget and strategic plan. 14. IP Protection: Safeguards company Intellectual Property including plant materials. Manage the nursery security team.
