Professional Knowledge and Skills:
• 5 years’ experience within application, design, or development in electric motor industry
5年或以上电机应用、设计和开发方面的经验
•Familiarity with electric motors, including PMSM and IM, with good knowledge of motor theory, motor testing, manufacturing process and quality control, etc.
熟悉电机产品，包括永磁同步电机和异步感应电机，了解电机的相关理论、测试、制造工艺和品质控制等。
• Ability to design motor products with limited guidance, using motor design softwares and drafting softwares
能够在有限的指导下使用电机设计软件和制图软件开发电机产品
• Familiarity with Electro-Mangnetic FEA softwares (e.g. MotorCAD or Ansys Maxwell, etc.), and with drafting softwares (e.g. Solidworks)
熟悉MotorCAd或Ansys Maxwell等电磁仿真软件。熟练使用Solidworks等制图软件。
• Project Management skill is a plus
有项目管理技能更佳
• Familiarity with Hermetic motor or refrigeration compressor application is a plus
了解制冷压缩机用电机更佳
• Ability to work independently to complete milestones
能够独立工作，完成项目里程碑交付任务
• Good time-management skills and ability to set priorities
良好的时间管理技巧和优先考虑的能力
• Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork
