This role will support the end-users within the organization in the IT-related issues to end-users within the organization, ensuring prompt response and resolution of IT issues and requests. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide first-level technical support to end-users in the regional area • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues • Install and configure software applications and hardware components • Monitor and report on the performance of IT systems and infrastructure • Provide guidance and training to end-users on how to use technology systems • Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues • Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve system performance and user experience • Keep up-to-date with new and emerging technologies relevant to the organization's needs WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU At least 2 to 4 years of experience in providing technical support to end-users Highly detail oriented with the ability to work well under pressure and the ability to meet deadlines Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Strong customer service orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as required Highly analytical in terms of incident and problem solving Dynamic team player with good cooperation and communication skills Proactive and meticulous Positive attitude and willingness to learn Technical Competencies MCP level of knowledge or equivalent experience in multiple areas listed below with at least 2 years’ experience in the field of expertise: Windows Active Directory and Azure AD Basic Networking Knowledge (DNS, WINS and DHCP) Experience with cloud-based systems, such as Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks Certification in relevant technologies, such as Microsoft Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune Management Support Microsoft Exchange Online and Teams Administrator WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: • Excellent corporate culture • Friendly and supportive team • Working with multinational and multicultural team • Fun working environment • Career development and opportunity • Open and transparent communication In Brunel, we have built a truly sustainable and durable business model: connecting specialists to exciting career opportunities, supporting the development of these careers, and offering fair and equal employment.
