职位介绍: 公司简介：某知名外资企业，汽车零部件行业薪资福利：薪资面议工作地点：安徽- 合肥 ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE: Accountable for vehicle TMS(thermal management system) product development for VW customers. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1.As representative for R&D in front of VW group, you are responsible for TMS (Thermal Management System) during the whole project acquisition and development. 2.You assume the technical management of development, integration & introduction to manufacturing of products. 3.As technical representative to be present in VW group R&D or according to VW group requirement. Day to day technical interface between VW group and our R&D team during project acquisition and development. 4.Onsite technical activity , to support the VW group for system setup / vehicle integration; 5.Make the first analysis of any failure at VW group site. During project development & 0 Kms / warranty return. 6.To witness VW group's trial run at the facilities. 7.To collect competition information from the customer and identify the next business opportunities. REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics and HVAC; 2.5 years or more of experience on using CAD (CATIA/NX/CERO etc). 3.Strong sense of responsibility and concern of details. 4.Strong self-motivated 5.Familiar with heat pump system technology, system integration and control logic. 6.Good English reading, writing and communication skills. German Language is preferred. 7.Willing to frequent business travel to customer to customer and regular report to R&D Team 8.Good relationship with VW is preferred. 9.Familiar with VW process is preferred.
