职位介绍: Responsibilities 1. Source, negotiate and recommend competitive suppliers for automotive components and parts inside China, and outside China. 寻找、谈判并推荐中国境内外的汽车零部件的竞争力供应商。 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met. 发展并维护与供应商的良好关系，确保达到质量、成本和交付目标。 3. Continuously evaluate and monitor supplier performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary. 持续评估和监控供应商绩效，必要时采取纠正措施。 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and logistics to support new product development and production ramp-up. 与跨部门团队合作，包括工程、制造和物流，支持新产品开发和生产扩产。 5. Lead cost reduction initiatives and implement strategies to optimize purchasing processes. 领导降低成本的计划，并实施优化采购流程的策略。 6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all purchasing activities. 确保在所有采购活动中遵守公司政策、流程和道德标准。 Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, engineering, or related field. 本科及以上学历，商业、工程或相关领域优先。 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry. 至少5年的采购或供应链管理经验，最好是在汽车行业。 3. Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to drive cost savings and supplier performance improvements. 较强的谈判技巧，以及推动成本节约和供应商绩效改进的能力。 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese. 出色的沟通和人际交往能力，流利的英语和普通话。 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. 能够在快节奏、多元文化的环境中独立工作和协作。 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. 较强的分析和问题解决能力，注重细节。 7. Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 熟悉ERP系统，熟练使用Microsoft Office套件。
