Main responsibilities: HR Function • Directing the planning, development, implementation, administration and budgeting of the full spectrum of HR, functions, including recruitment, C&B, training, employee relations, performance management, etc; • Develop, review and improve company’s HR strategy, policies, budgets, activities, practices and processes that translate business strategies to maximize organizational effectiveness, • Build up, develop and maintain company culture to support the company’s vision and mission, enhance employee engagement and deliver corporate culture by organizing activities and staff communication programs to create healthy and harmonious working environment; • Implement performance management and build performance driven culture. • Work closely with business leaders, assisting them to understand and implement company policies, procedures, and in compliance with laws/regulations. • In charge of labor dispute cases of the company, evaluate its impact to operation and development of contingency and/or regulatory plans. Ensure that the company is in compliance with employment laws and identify legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources function. • Plan and direct company-wide recruitment activities, establish recruitment standards, program budgets and delivery. Responsible for recruitment of Senior Manager positions Execute talent review, organizational review and succession planning. Build up external talent succession pool, drive internal succession and retain top talents. • Provide guideline on compensation and benefits policies and framework. • Coordinate and liaise with all internal and external parties, establish positive external relationship with key levels of government, public services, relevant associations, etc, and develop an effective public relation mechanism of the company, Admin. Function • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve office operational efficiency and ensure a safe and secure working environment; • Lead the admin team to conduct the qualified reception/admin assistance towards the facility to ensure the satisfaction for the visitors or expatriate employees, including; transport, hotel, visa arrangements, etc; • Work closely with related functions and business team to complete renovations / repair & maintenance; • Establish SOP and drive a discipline process in vendor selection of office supplies, office greenery, cleaning services and other areas where synergy can be defined. • Responsible for the company’s canteen & dormitory management to maintain employees’ satisfaction; • Set goal/objective and supervise implementation of EHS goals/targets and objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or administration management preferred; • At least 10 years experience in WOFE for overall and strategic human resources and administration management, garment manufacturing experience in large / multi-site organization is preferred • Proficient English, both written and verbal; • Solid knowledge of China labor laws and relevant local regulation;
