职位介绍: Position Summary: 配合销售通过网络或者电话开发新客户，挖掘潜在销售机会，促进销售和服务业务增长。 Developing new customers through the Internet or phone ，identify potential sales opportunities ,promote sales and service business growth. Duties and Responsibilities: 1、通过网络或者电话开发新客户，开拓新市场，并进行电话拜访。 Develop new customers through the Internet or phone, explore new markets, and conduct phone visits. 2、利用公司提供的客户资源通过电话、邮件与客户沟通，进行电话呼出，了解客户需求，市场需求和竞争对手信息。 Through customer resources provided by the company to communicate with customers by telephone or email, make phone calls, understand customer needs, market needs and competitor information. 3、寻找并跟进收集到的销售线索，形成工作日志，与外部销售配合，促成销售订单。 Record and follow up sales leads received, create the work log, cooperate with external sales to facilitate sales orders. 4、负责客户的日常维护，为客户提供产品方案或者服务保养方案，定期电话拜访，维护现有客户，完成售后销售业绩目标。 Responsible for daily maintenance of customers, provide product solutions or service maintenance solutions to customers, or maintain existing customers, and achieve sales target. 5、定期与客户沟通，建立长期的合作关系，需要时可能会安排指定区域内的客户拜访。 Regular communication with customers, establish long-term cooperative relationship, necessary to visit customers. 6、负责系统内客户资料的创建、更新和维护。处理部分客户的日常报价、合同、发货、开票等业务。 Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining customer information in the system. Handle daily customer service such as quotations, contracts, shipments, and invoicing for some clients. 7、对公司的营销方案、服务方案提供改进建议，提升客户满意度。 Provide improvement suggestions for the company's marketing plan and service plan to improve customer satisfaction 8、上级安排的其他相关工作。 Version 20200407 Page 2 of 3 Other related work assigned by line manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 良好的交流能力，熟练的电话沟通技巧，较强的客户服务意识。 Good communication ability and telemarketing skills, strong customer service awareness. 2. 具有较强责任心，诚实守信。富有工作激情和团队协作精神； Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and trustworthy, full of work passion and team spirit. 3. 抗压能力较强，善于处理客户关系； Strong ability to work under pressure and good at dealing with customer relations. 4. 较好的学习能力，愿意学习产品，行业，应用等知识。 Good learning ability, willing to learn knowledge about products, industries, applications, etc. 5. 有强烈的兴趣和自信心，工作态度积极，主动性强。 Strong interest and confidence, positive work attitude, and strong initiative. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 大专以上学历，机械类相关专业优先； College degree or above, major in mechanical or relevant is preferred. 2. 有外企电话销售或者相关工作经验为佳； Foreign company telemarketing or related work experience is preferred. 3. 熟悉 MS Office 办公软件，熟练使用Excel。 Good knowledge of MS Office software, proficient in Excel.
