职位介绍: 工作职责 1.Prepare group financial reporting packages, annual/interim report, announcements and circulars, business performance analysis 2.Oversee and manage continuing connected transactions of the group to ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations 3.Liaise among the group to collect necessary information for board meeting materials and internal reporting 4.Prepare statutory accounts and tax computations, and handle tax related matters and participate in year-end audit 5.Assist in investment related projects and tasks including Listing Rules compliance, due diligence etc. 6.Support offshore treasury management function 7.Assist in corporate governance and ESG affairs 1.编制集团财务报告、年度/中期报告、对外公告和通知、经营业绩分析等材料； 2.监督和管理集团的持续关联交易，以确保遵守相关规则和规定； 3.与集团联络，收集董事会会议材料和内部报告所需的信息； 4.编制法定账目和税款计算，处理税务事宜并参与年终审计； 5.协助投资等相关项目和任务，包含上市规则遵守、尽职调查等； 6.支持离岸资金管理； 7.协助公司治理和ESG事务。工作要求 1.Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, or equivalent disciplines 2.Minimum of 3 years working experience in accounting or finance industry, SOE and big 4 experience are preferred 3.Holder of CPA, other equivalent qualification, such as CFA and MBA, is a plus 4.Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills 5.Good knowledge in accounting standards and listing rules 6.Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must 7.Occasional travel to mainland China is required 1.会计、金融或同等专业本科及以上学历； 2.至少3年会计或金融行业工作经验，国有企业及四大企业工作经验优先； 3.持有注册会计师或其他同等证书的优先考虑，如CFA和MBA； 4.较强的分析、解决问题、人际关系和表达能力； 5.熟悉会计准则和上市规则； 6.良好的中英文口语和书面表达能力，普通话是必备条件； 7.需要偶尔前往内地出差。
