- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Design, communicate and implement an production plan./ 制定，协调和实行生产计划 · Monitor progress and performance against the production plan./ 监控生产计划和进度 · Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delivery delays./ 有能力解决操作问题与准时交货。 · Make sure production team follow the engineering standards, work specifications. / 确保生产人员严格按照工程要求与操作指示去生产。 · Increase yields and productivity, and improve the quality and consistency of final products. / 提高产品的优率与生产产能，提高最终产品的稳定性与质量 · Ensure the production EHS and Fire safety. / 确保产线的EHS安全与消防安全。 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: · College or above./ 大专及以上学历 · Certified safety Professional holder is better\ 持有注册安全主任证书更好 · 5+ years’ working experience in production, with at least 3 years as management role. / 5年以上的生产经验，至少有3年的管理经验。 · Being skillful with MS office / 熟练使用办公软件。 · Good English skill (Including listening, speaking, reading and writing\ 良好的英语能力（包括听、说、读、写） · Be familiar with manufacturing process/ 熟悉生产工序。 · Flexible, task and solution orientated / 能够灵活迅速处理问题。 · Good interpersonal and communication skills /良好的协调沟通能力
