Job Description: - Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including regular meetings, projects and take responsibility for management of campaigns - Act as liaison between client and internal teams - Contribute to and ensure the strategic quality of campaigns presented to the clients - Negotiate with clients and agency staffs concerning campaign details - Over-see the status of the campaigns - Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks - Present campaigns plan to client for approval or modification - Guarantee the quality and sustainability of the relationship, contributing to business development - Lead and drive the Accounts team dedicated to the brands assigned to you - Monitor margins and optimize financial budgets - Prospects and generates new business
Requirements: - Advertising Agency or interactive department background, managing major digital marketing projects (7+ years ) - Confidence and proficiency in presentation - Strong communication skills, excellent organizational, time and self management skills - Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills - Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure - Excellent customer service orientation - Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English and Mandarin
