- 此岗位要求英语听、说、读、写均具备优秀水平 Role: This position, playing an important role in Haufe China’s content business division by fighting for the HR Guru product, is expected to assume overall responsibility for growing the product, not only from revenue perspective, but also from product quality, user experience and the like. Specifically speaking, this position will have but not limited to the following tasks: 1．Lead and drive the process formulating marketing and sales strategy and plan for the product. 2．Work together with marketing manager and sales teams to grow customer base and revenue for the product. 3．Collect and analyze customers’ feedback and work together with editorial and technology to improve product quality and user experience. 4．Design product requirements and drive the process of implementing them. 5．Communicating, on behalf of product, with various stakeholders some of them sitting in Germany. Experience and qualifications Successful candidate are expected to show the following quality: 1．5 years working experience, with at least 3 years managing cloud-based software / database product, preferably products targeting at HR, law and/or business managers. 2．Strong mind with good communications skill, be able to drive and work together with colleagues in other departments like marketing, sales, editorial and technology. 3．Bachelor degree or above is a must, preferably with major in commerce or art area like management, marketing, journalism, law and the like. 4．Fluent English is a must.
