职位介绍: Main Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end origination, evaluation, and execution of new real estate investments and business opportunities. • Take full ownership of transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, refinancing, and restructuring, with strong hands-on involvement in financial modeling, due diligence, and financing strategies. • Liaise and coordinate with external advisors, including legal, financial, and tax consultants, throughout the transaction lifecycle. • Prepare and present detailed investment papers, performance reports, and materials for senior management and investment committees. • Drive fundraising and investor relations activities, including the preparation of marketing materials, investor updates, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. • Build and maintain strong relationships with capital partners, co-investors, and industry networks to support deal sourcing and fund growth. • Potentially oversee portfolio asset management in later stages, including performance monitoring, value-enhancement initiatives, and exit planning. Requirements:  The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of related real estate investment experience.  Possess deep knowledge of the China real estate market and established local networks.  Substantial experience engaging with institutional investors, family offices, and capital partners; confident in capital raising and investor reporting.  Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.  Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including advanced cash flow analysis, DCF, and scenario modeling.  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.  Proficient in Bloomberg, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.  Team player with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
