SUMMARY The key roles and responsibilities of a Senior Manager are to: I. Work collaboratively with the Associate Directors and Directors of CBREC in relation to the activities of the business line. II. Co-ordinate and implement the execution of assignments being undertaken by the Department. III. Liaise with both existing and potential clients regarding assignments being or to be undertaken by the Department. IV. Assist in business development relating to potential clients to be agreed with the Director of CBREC. V. Carry out any other assignments as directed by Associate Directors and Directors, CBRE Consulting or management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES : 1) To implement, execute and undertake consultancy projects and activities. You should ensure that assignment deadlines are met with high-quality research output. 2) To be responsible for the day-to-day management of your assignments held responsible, including supervising the completion of all secretarial and administrative duties. 3) To be accountable for the quality of work produced and take responsibility for answering any questions from the clients concerned as to the validity of the data and the methodology used in arriving at conclusions put forward. 4) To service the needs of existing clients and the general nurturing of client relationships. You are expected to be continually aware of the needs of clients, to provide effective solutions and to follow up and maintain client contact after completion of projects. 5) To take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of all assignments being assigned or secured. You are expected to undertake effective due diligence procedures to ensure that all work produced is of a superior quality. 6) To follow guidelines and carry out instructions from the supervisors in CBREC, the Executive Director of CBREC, China, and the Management, working as part of a cohesive team to identify business opportunities and enhance the profitability of the Company through timely, effective and appropriate provision of research support. 7) To carry out any other assignments or business development initiatives as directed by the supervisors in CBREC.
REQUIREMENTS: · Fluent spoken and written English, sound writing skills in English and the ability to succinctly articulate research findings and opinions. · Essential educational or professional qualifications necessary for successful job performance. · A high degree of mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations. · Analysis- and detail-orientated. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
