职位介绍: Job Overview: The Business Integration Lead is responsible for driving the seamless integration of business processes, technologies, and platforms within the digital commerce space. This role will collaborate across internal teams, external vendors, and third-party partners to ensure the successful integration of digital platforms, solutions, and strategies that support the eCommerce initiatives. enabling a unified digital experience for patients, partners, and stakeholders. 1. Digital Commerce Strategy Integration: · Collaborate with DC lead within the DC teams to develop and execute integrated strategies for eCommerce and digital channels. · Ensure alignment between business goals and digital commerce solutions, ensuring they meet patient needs and drive business growth. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: · Work closely with internal teams ，EF/PF, external partner and vendor to deliver integrated business solutions across the digital commerce ecosystem. · Act as a bridge between DC team and all stakeholders, ensuring all integration requirements are understood and met. 3. Risk Management & Troubleshooting: · Identify and mitigate risks associated with relevant online projects. · Collaborate with Compliance, legal, DPO, Medical, Finance, CQ, Digital and other relevant approval teams. to ensure projects comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies. · Assist project owners within the team to identify and resolve issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations. · Provide compliance advice to the team on daily basis to ensure that all relevant team members understand and comply with the company's compliance requirements. 4. Project Management & Execution: · Assist the DC lead in managing the end-to-end processes of key projects for the management team, including project scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring completion within the established timeframe and budget. · Coordinate activities and report progress to DC Lead. 5. Process Optimization & Automation: · Identify opportunities to improve or automate business processes within the digital commerce domain. 6. Continuous Improvement: · Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital commerce, integration technologies, and patient experience best practices. · Identify and propose innovations to drive business growth through enhanced digital commerce integration. Requirements: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus. · Experience: · 10+ years of experience in digital commerce, innovation, or eCommerce platform management MNC pharmaceutical companies. · Possesses a deep understanding of the operational models of internet healthcare and pharmaceutical e-commerce, and has relevant project experience.. · Skills: · Deep knowledge of eCommerce platforms, CMS systems, and digital payment integrations. · Rich experience in cross-field work and Strategic thinking. · Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams. · Understanding of actual business and MNC Compliance and Legal rules. · Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. · Analytical skills to measure integration effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. · Preferred: · Rich experience in innovation project management. · Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
