Key Responsibilities: 1. Store Operations Support · Assist in daily operations of the official Tmall flagship store, including product launches, inventory management, and order processing. · Monitor product pricing, stock levels, and promotional setups; make timely adjustments. · Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on‑time delivery and handle abnormal orders. 2. Product Listings & Content · Work with the design team to refresh store content such as banners, campaign pages, and short videos. · Apply basic SEO best practices to improve product search visibility. 3. Sales & Data Analysis · Responsible for total store business achievement. Regularly compile reports on sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics. · Assist in formulating promotional strategies to increase repurchase rates and customer loyalty. · Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing insights to the team. 4. Marketing & Promotions Execution · Support planning and execution of platform mega‑events (e.g., 6.18, Double 11), flash sales, and seasonal campaigns. · Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign asset preparation, event registration, and post‑event analysis. · Assist in engaging social commerce and influencer collaborations to boost brand visibility. 5. Customer Experience Optimization · Track customer service feedback and after‑sales data; assist in resolving complaints and handling returns/exchanges. · Participate in testing and optimizing store navigation, user interface, and checkout flow to improve conversion rates. 6. Cross‑functional Collaboration · Work closely with brand, e-marketing, supply chain, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operations strategies. · Maintain regular communication with Tmall platform representatives and assist in securing routine resources. Requirements: · Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in E‑commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. · Experience: more than 4 years of hands‑on experience in Tmall store operations; familiar with platform rules and backend tools. Experience in beauty or FMCG is a plus. · Technical Skills: · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with basic data analysis capability. · Familiarity with Tmall marketing tools (e.g., Business Consultant, Direct Traffic) is preferred. · Language: Written English must (able to read/write emails, reports, and basic documents); · Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, good communication and coordination skills, and ability to drive tasks forward
