In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people. position E-commerce Merchandising & Product Marketing Lead reports to Senior Manager, Ecommerce Merchandising & Product Marketing location Shanghai, China about this team Ecommerce Merchandising and Product Marketing team will create and manage the China Ecommerce team’s merchandising strategy for all product categories. ● Responsible for the successful assortment, that guarantees growth and delivers sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity goals of Ecommerce channel. ● Responsible for strategic assortment planning, determining locally relevant assortments and being a competitive market expert for China Ecommerce channel. ● Responsible for delivering China Ecommerce financial targets by successfully managing the product lifecycle and go to market process of all product categories on all Ecommerce platforms (Tmall, JD, WeChat, Mini-Program, Douyin and etc.) through effective teamwork and partnership with China Product team, fulfilment team and marketing team. core responsibilities ● Support Senior Manager to generate product strategy and assortment architecture across Ecommerce platforms based on different business model and guest’s profiling. ● To create strategic product insights and opportunity through deep data analysis and E-market survey. ● Performance results checking across different channel to identify platform product differentiation strategy ● Proactively gather and drive insights from different Ecommerce platform’s knowledge and competitive landscape across platforms. qualifications ● Associate Sr Manager to generate product strategy and assortment architecture across Ecommerce platforms based on different business model and guest’s profiling. ● To create strategic product insights and opportunity through deep data analysis and E-market survey. ● Performance results checking across different channel to identify platform product differentiation strategy. ● Proactively gather and drive insights from different Ecommerce platform’s knowledge and competitive landscape across platforms. must haves ● Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life. ● Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. ● Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same. ● Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure. ● Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships. ● Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously. additional notes Authorization to work in China is required for this role. compensation and benefits package At lululemon, investing in our people is a top priority.
