- 1、完成两个工厂/公司运行费用及成本年度预算编制、执行反馈和分析 1. Organize and make Invertor Plant mid/long-term and annual of Industry Budget and analysis the diff. of the budget and actual. 2、确定两个工厂/公司各项成本KPI指标，进行详细的成本月度分析，并提供成本分析报告 2. Breakdown the KPI to each plant. Prepare Analysis Report on Monthly Operations 3、参与两个工厂/公司项目预算编制，对项目进展进行跟踪，严格控制项目投资在预算内执行 3. Organize and make Invertor Plant's Capex Budget. Track the project progress and make sure the Capex with budget 4、参与两个工厂/公司成本控制管理制度设计与成本目标规划； 4. Work with the Invertor Plant people to design the factory cost control management system and target of cost programming 5、协助完善两个工厂/公司各项业务流程，防范工厂运行的内控风险； 5. Get to know the diffrerent worflow of Invertor Plant. Control operation risk within company policy 6、跟踪两个工厂/公司降低成本项目实施进度（VAVE） 6. Follow up the Plant cost reduction and VAVE Projects 7、编制资金计划并督促工厂严格执行 7. Make the payment plan and supervise it strictly implemented 8、组织完成对工厂人员财务相关流程的培训 8. Organizs trainings on the Invertor Plant personnel for financial related processes Desirable Specification 期望要求 1、会计、财务管理或相关专业，本科及以上学历，具备会计从业资格 1. With the major of accounting, financial management or related, with bachelor degree or above, with accounting qualification 2、5年以上成本会计工作经验，有大型制造型企业成本控制经验优先 2. 5 years’ experience in financial analysis of motor-dom 3、能够熟练使用Word, Excel, PowerPoint等常用办公软件 3. Have good skills in MS Office like Word Excel and PowerPoint 4、能够熟练掌握计算机的操作和SAP的应用 4. Experienced in SAP 5、有管理经验者优先 5. Management experience is preferred
