- Main Responsibilities: 1. Implement Preh Global Purchasing procedures related to Direct Material; 2. Handle electronic and metal category for whole China region related to all commercial aspects 3. Source, negotiate and recommend competitive suppliers based on bill of Material to achieve best in Quality, Volume & Cost. Ensure to implement Material cost reduction strategy through localization, price to price 4. Follow-up defined electronic and metal, package content until SOP. 5. Finishing other tasks which manager assigned. 工作经验 Experience: 5-8years’ experience (automotive preferred) in purchasing of mechanical components (preferably electronic, metal parts) 知识技能 Knowledge and Skills: Strong commercial and negotiation skill needed to satisfy business demand; knowledge of electronic market 学历要求 Education: Bachelor degree (Major in Electronic Engineering is preferred) 语言要求 Language: command of English is must, German is plus ; be good at office/ SAP software; 其他 Others: Global Perspective, Problem Solving Skills
