职位介绍: SUMMARY This position is responsible for driving the global innovation development in Dettol Category, including but not limited to Laundry and PC China led initiative & global rollout, by working closely with key lead markets (Greater China, Japan and Korea), global Category team, R&D, and cross functional innovation team. SCOPE/ DIMENSIONS OF ROLE Manage China led initiative & global rollout in global scope, esp. focus on Laundry and PC China only/led Projects, cross functional project team to maximize business potential and enhance innovation efficiency. Closely working lead market local market teams to understand business requirement to drive scalable initiative and broader impact. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES • Global Innovation (mainly China led initiatives) o Develop winning proposition and product modification to achieve successful launch based on global strategy & local market needs o Day to day management for all related innovation & new business initiative projects in China o Lead global cross function innovation team to manage launch preparation and facilitate final launch o Co-ordinate category market research projects to improve market & consumer understanding • Team management o Understand global category & cross functional innovation team and operation model o Being able to work across organization to identify opportunities to drive decision o Build close partnership with key lead markets to gain in-depth business understanding and full requirement KEY CHALLENGES • Innovation pipeline delivery, focus on China led and global roll out projects o Capability of delivery China initiative with speed and scale o Understand market requirement and develop innovation strategy to maximize business opportunities • Business performance o Global & China Dettol business growth and profitability o In-market leadership PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/Experience Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a business related subject from a recognised university, master degree is preferred 5-7 Years product & marketing industry experience Experienced in healthcare, laundry and PC category brand marketing and innovation development Being familiar with innovation process, especially the process in multi-national company, eg. ideation, validation, product development, commercialization, also with cross functional team based on different locations Experienced in collaboration with market key contact with agility on working style, culture, etc, including Europe, US, Asia Experienced in working in Multi-national company SKILLS AND COMPETENCIE Brand management, including branding, product, communication, P&L Project management skills involving high complexity, eg. different location, global team with different supporting functions, tailor made local development pathway, etc Consumer understanding with creative source of information/mechanism PERSONAL PROFILE • Strong business acumen, being able to articulate vision but also attention to details • Highly collaborated, building team success • Self-motivated, resilience, high agility • Fluent written & oral English communication Please note that the duties and responsibilities within this role may change over the course of employment, which will require flexibility
