Job Summary: The business analyst is an individual contributor and will play a key role in developing business analysis, reporting and insights supporting business performance management and decision making for China marketing. This role needs to have a strong understanding of the online or e-commence retail business, marketing or e-marketing, CRM and have strong data and analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities: • Provide regular business or projects analysis and updates of business performance, key metrics, as well as driving adhoc projects supporting company, marketing, CRM, other business functions and senior management. • Develop key strategic materials for the company including new business plan, financial analyses, documents, executive dashboards, post – mortem reviews, and investor memorandums. • To drive innovation across the company help identify, analyses, implement and manage new business or project initiatives across the business.
