Reports to: HR Assistant Manager The role of the Human Resources Officer is to support HR Assistant Manager to execute the human resources policy and daily operation in China. Responsibilities  Maintain accurate staff information and record in all HR systems and personal files.  Support to execute company’s processes and standards in all core areas such as new staff on-boarding, internal transfer, promotion and termination, etc.  Deal with staff work attendance, such as leave application, biz trip and monthly collection, etc.  Assist to execute the internal & external training activities; training materials preparations; follow up training result.  Support to implement recruitment process including JD posting, interview arrangement, recruitment report and reference check.  Tracking HR working calendar in order to keep daily operation smoothly.  Collect and update relevant labor regulation.  Support to organize team activities etc.  Provide any other ad-hoc projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors  Min 2 years’ experience in administrative or HR support.  Attention to detail, noble style, easy-going, being responsible and team spirit.  Ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritize multi-tasks.  Strong communication skills to develop and build cooperative working relationship.  Proficient in MS office.  Service-oriented attitude, hardworking and willing to help.  Proficient level of English. Education  College or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
