职位介绍: Quality Manager REPORT TO: General Manager / with functional responsibility to respective BU Quality Manager. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: • Effective implementation of SKF Quality Management System in compliance to International QMS Standard e.g. ISO 9000 / IATF – 16949. • Oversee Quality Assurance of all the processes in manufacturing area from incoming supplies to channel up to delivery to customer. • Drive Quality Improvement & SKF Zero defect strategy Implementation. • Be the customer representative in the factory for Quality matters. • Quality Improvement and monitoring of related processes, where assigned (e.g. Product development, Purchasing, Supply chain etc.) SCOPE AND IMPACT: • Supervision of the whole department • Direct subordinates are Assistant Quality Manager/ Quality Assurance Supervisor/ STA KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Serve as customer Representative in the factory. • Product Safety Representative in the factory. • The member of Management Representative committee in the factory. • Develop & maintain the Factory Quality System – Qd. • Define the cross functional procedures & interfaces between Mfg CH and support/service functions. • Complying & enforcing of Customer Specific Requirements as regards Quality. • Deployment, follow-up & reporting of quality targets & improvement plans – Business Plan & Score card. • Quality System Audits (Internal, Customer & LRQA) Plan & audit improvement actions follow up. • Planning, reporting Quality Conformances from Product Audits & co-ordination/follow-up of improvement actions. • Review, follow-up of key quality performance parameters of channels with channel quality engineers. • Customer complaint handling (X2 co-coordinator) & interface between sales segments, respective channels and suppliers. • Customer Projects, APQP & PPAP coordination. • Customer Warranty Handling & Field return investigations. • Plan, select & release Quality Equipments (on-line & off-line). • Follow-up and verification of effectiveness of all corrective & preventive actions. • Perform & report competitor product analysis / benchmarking. • Change Control management. • Implementation of SKF standards & practices and approve of control plans. • Initiate PFMEA in case of Process & Product changes. • Final go and no-go decision regarding Quality of products, including authority to stop production/deliveries. • Quality Training. • Provide Factory Quality Services: o Metrology & calibration services o Apparatus setting services o Metallurgical & chemical analysis services o Off-line measuring services o Customer sample preparation & ISIR • Quality Assurance of incoming supplies: o Technical & Process Capability assessment of suppliers o Defining targets for supplier NCC & issue claims and Temporary Quality Specifications o Supplier Product approval – ISIR, PPAP and approval of supplier control plan (APQP) o Defining requirements & approval in case of change control process – Route, Supplier Process o Drive supplier mentorship & support ZDm activity with supplier • Measurement & monitoring of non-quality cost. • Observe and follow Ed policies and procedures. EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Required • Bachelor degree in engineering, mechanic or relative fields • Deep experience in total Quality Assurance / Mfg eng. / Production experience, preferably in Automotive Industry Quality. • Knowledge of latest quality tools, techniques & international Quality standards. • Sound automotive quality system & practices knowledge. • Person should be very mature & good leadership profile. • High professional Integrity. • Capability to working independently & decision making is a pre-requisite. • Influencing without authority & inclined to work in a matrix environment is a key attribute. • Speaking English Language. Preferred • Previous experience with people management in multinational company specially in manufacturing environment. • Customer warranty Handling, Project Management, & supplier quality experience is desirable. • Six Sigma Green Belt. • Qualified Lead Auditor. RELEVANT EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR THIS POSITION: • Certificate in Quality Academy within SKF. • Green Belt or Black Belt training • International manager program • Leadership skill training WORKING CONDITIONS: • Office environment • Frequently exposure to work in channels. The noise level in the workshop is occasionally higher than standard, the employee needs to wear earplug when in the workshop. TRAVEL: • Frequent business trips as required
