As an HR Intern in SKF, you will have the opportunity to develop a solid foundation in all aspects of human resources while working closely with our experienced HR professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn the intricacies of HR management in a fast-paced and exciting industry. Job Responsibility: * Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. * Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization. * Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs. * Help to maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. * Contribute to the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures. * Assist in managing employee relations, including handling employee complaints and grievances. * Support the performance management process, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback. Job Requirement: * Bachelor degree and above related to Human Resources Management or Business Management * Graduation at 2025 or year end of 2024 is required, Overseas education experience is a plus * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Proficient in MS Office Suite. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
