职位介绍
工作内容: (1) Resposible for the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and provide day to day support to customers on all matters relating to the system. (2) Gather functional and design requirements for implementation, enhancements and changes in the system with strong communication skills to liaise with end user and implementation partners. And be able to provide professional system solutions to end user’s needs. (3) Conduct all testing activities for implementation, enhancements, regular system updates and proposed functional changes in the system. (4) Consolidate data from all branches for data migration, data mass uploads and co-ordinate validation efforts. (5) Support and maintain HR system releases, enhancements and updates and monitor daily/monthly data interface with down/up stream systems. (6) Serve as in-house specialist to troubleshoot issues and provide HR Systems support to the internal customers as needed. (7) Maintain the reporting suite/dashboard and develop new reports as per business needs. (8) Facilitate data reporting from HRIS and provide tailored reports as and when required. (9) Conducts HR systems training for end users and manages all communications relating to the system. (10) Support and prepare training materials and conduct HR systems training for end users and manages all communications relating to the system. (11) Support in all HR systems related activities including project activities. 任职要求: Bachelor or above Working Experience: (1) More than 5+ yrs HRIS experience & familiar with HR process experience (2) Understanding and experience in Project Management methodologies (3) Highly organized & process orientated. (4) Ability to build relationships across with both internal and external stakeholders (5) Ability to work cross countries and regions (6) Must be able to handle highly sensitive data with the greatest degree of confidentiality (7) Work well under tight deadlines and pressure (8) HRIS Reporting (i.e SAP Report Story design) (9) Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation is a plus Competence: (1) Proven project management & leadership skills to drive HR System strategies & oversee all implementation life cycles (2) Must be passionate about new HRIS technology, keeping abreast of new technological innovations & automation of HR processes. Having working knowledge on AI/ Integrations/ Architecture design for HR applications & solutions would be critical in the long term (3) Knowledge of industry trends and leading edge practices from the external HRIS networks and community; And leveraging on such knowledge to partner / collaborate with other colleagues across the Bank, first to understand business requirements and then leverage on HR system to continuously improve HR processes to drive productivity and efficiency (4) Good communication skills and good business analysis capability to deliver system solutions to end users (5) Understand the knowledge of system integrations and data interface especially for SAP platforms (i.e CPI, IAS/IPS) Others: Proficient in both verbal and written English
