职位介绍: Responsibility: -Provide technology support for all E&I equipment to E&I Technician. 为E&I技术员提供所有E&I设备的技术支持。 -Oversee reliability and maintenance technology and safety system for all E&I equipment. 监督所有E&I设备的可靠性和维护技术及安全系统。 -Oversee maintaining DCS system hardware and software safety and integrity. 监督维护DCS系统硬件和软件的安全和完整性。 -Arrange and check all E&I equipment documents and drawings which delivered from construction. 整理和检查所有从施工部门交付的E&I设备文件和图纸。 -Arrange and establish all E&I equipment BOMs, review storage and develop spare parts storage. 整理和建立所有机电设备BOMs，审核库存，开发备件库存。 -Review and develop integrated PPM plan for all E&I equipment. 审核并制定所有E&I设备的综合PPM计划。 -Consummate basal documents and techniques and process of FIY、OAM、predictive maintenance for all E&I equipment. 完善所有E&I设备FIY、OAM、预测性维护的基础文件、技术和流程。 -Develop spare parts requirement plan based on a detailed PPM plan, and establish an annual budget for all E&I equipment. 根据详细的PPM计划制定备件需求计划，并为所有E&I设备建立年度预算。 -Understand SAP system and develop analysis and report flow for all E&I equipment failures. 了解SAP系统，并为所有电气和电气设备故障制定分析和报告流程。 -Be in charge of RCM、RCA performance and PPM modification for all E&I equipment. 负责所有E&I设备的RCM, RCA性能和PPM修改。 -Oversee MOC performance in all E&I equipment. 监督所有E&I设备的MOC性能。 -Participate PCS process and develop equipment check sheet and patrol sheet. 参与PCS流程，制定设备检查表和巡检表。 -Review and develop E&I JP. 审查和开发E&I JP。 Requirements: -College or above degree in Electrical Engineering. 大专或以上学历，电气工程专业。 -Minimum 5 years related experience in electrical equipment such as substation, transformer, motor, inverter, soft starter, etc, preferably in chemical plant operation. 5年以上电气设备相关工作经验，如变电站，变压器，电机，逆变器，软启动器等，有化工厂操作经验者优先。 -Capable of Yokogawa DCS Configuration and programming, familiar with industry instrument selection and troubleshooting. 具备Yokogawa DCS组态和编程能力，熟悉工业仪表选型和故障排除。 -Familiar with power distribution system architecture, specification, and design. 熟悉配电系统架构、规范和设计。 -Ability to do transient analysis, fault protection analysis, software logic and circuit system analysis. 具备暂态分析、故障保护分析、软件逻辑和电路系统分析能力。 -Professional MS Office skill. 熟练使用Office办公软件。 -Basic English writing and reading ability. 基本的英语读写能力。
